Please make sure you receive a receipt and its correct each time. Cookie time is very busy for the there are so many things for the cookie mom to remember.

Please be respectful of the days and times to pick up new cookies. We only give out your new cookie orders at the meetings, so please be sure to give me your new order NO later than the Friday before the meeting. You can order extras.

You may receive a check from a customer, pleas have them make it out to Troop 2452

You can, but not required, request the money when taking the order, otherwise, you collect the money when you deliver them.

I will do my best to have cookies at each meeting. I will go to the cupboard each Saturday to pick them up. Remember, you can order plenty of "pre-sale" cookies so when customers order, you have them ready. Also, your daughter has a better chance of earning the patch that is only given to those who sell 140 boxes in pre-sales. This number is not chosen by me, however, www.littlebrownies.com    

At the time that we begin to sell cookies, the girls will have a troop goal and its based off of what they want to do with the money. If they want to go horseback riding then they know they have to sell enough for that activity. If as a troop, we don't sell enough for all the girls, then the event is canceled and we try again next year. Incentives may be given out at the meetings. If your not comfortable with your daughter being apart of this because she's not getting anything, I suggest you let me know so we can make arrangements for her not to be there. Most of these will take place at the beginning of the meeting.

Our girls are working very hard to go to Sea World, Disneyland, stay the night at the zoo and go horseback riding. This requires a lot of cookies to sell.

Cookies will ONLY be available at meetings.
